PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS:

  • Don’t feel comfortable exercising in a group?

  • Can’t fit morning or evening classes into your hectic schedule?

  • Need extra motivation to get back into a fitness routine?

Arrange a 45-minute private session with Kate or gather a few friends for a semi-private class at a time that works for you. Kate will customize your workout based on you or your group’s needs and interests, working to help you achieve your individual fitness goals. Groups for semi-private sessions should be at similar fitness levels. Options include yoga, pilates, cardio, strength training, or a combination of each!

$50/session for 1-on-1 session (with a discount for pre-payment of multiple sessions)

$75/session for 2 people

$100/session for 3 people

  • Private Training Cancellation Policy

    We understand that life happens! However, to respect our trainers’ time and other clients, please note our cancellation policy:

    • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before your scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.

    • Cancellations made 3 hours or less before your session (or missed sessions) will be charged the full session fee.
