HIGH IMPACT


PUMP

PUMP is a high intensity interval training, alternating short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by a slower-paced recovery period. Classes combine cardio with strength training exercises to engage and challenge every piece of your body and provide the variation it needs to make dramatic changes! Through use of equipment as well as body-weight holding, you will strengthen, tighten, and tone your muscles, transforming your physique and making you feel stronger than ever.

LOW IMPACT


LIIT

LOW IMPACT interval training! This intense workout will max out your strength by working with an array of equipment and your own body weight. The low impact cardio keeps your heart rate high but goes easy on joints & bones. This class is NOT the easy version of HIIT.

This class is a combination of upper body, core, and low impact cardio from using the barre!

6:15am yoga is the perfect way to start your day. This class will engage your muscles, awaken your body, and clear your mind.

Power Yoga

The key to Power Yoga's sweat-producing, muscle-building power is the pace. Using strong vinyasa flows (that change each week!), each posture transitions into the next, making it an intense cardiovascular workout. The results will surprise you - marked improvement in strength and flexibility, an internal drive to challenge yourself further, and a sense of peace that lingers long after you've rolled up your mat. This class is slightly heated.

Stretch and Flow

Focused on clearing the mind while working the body, Pure Yoga moves at a slower pace than Power Yoga. Longer holds strengthen and tone muscles, and deepens flexibility while settling into a pose. Each class concludes with Savasana, which is the practice of relaxing deeply both physically and mentally.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is a workout AND a workin. This is a beat driven class that combines vinyasa yoga, strength training, and cardio to give you a workout physically and mentally. Dumbell weights will be added to the practice to increase resistance and build intensity. Mat is required and no shoes are necessary.

PowerCore Pilates

Your core is the source of your body's support and stability: the abdomen, lower back, hips and glutes. Blending body-weight holding exercises, balancing poses, stretching, and mat-work, our pilates will increases your flexibility, mobility and balance, while improving the way your body looks, feels and functions. At Kate’s, we like to think of Pilates as a lifelong workout. It can be done at any age & fitness level and is one of the best ways to recover from injury by re-building strength.

Yogalates

The perfect combination of our PowerCore Pilates and Power Yoga. The class flows with vinyasa to lengthen muscles and incorporates body weight pilates exercises to engage and strengthen them, which is key for injury prevention.
