If these are the reasons you’re not exercising, you’re the perfect candidate for Kate’s private or semi-private fitness sessions!


Arrange a 45-minute private session with Kate at a time that works with your schedule. Kate will customize your workout based on your needs and interests, working with you one-on-one to help you achieve your fitness goals. Options include yoga, pilates, cardio, strength training, or a combination of each!

Cost is $50 per session, with a discount for pre-payment of multiple sessions.


Gather a few friends for a customized fitness class! Kate will work with your small group to provide individualized attention in an intimate class setting. Groups for semi-private sessions should be at similar fitness levels.

For a 45-minute, semi-private session the cost for two persons is $60 and $75 for three or more persons. Contact Kate for groups larger than five persons.
