Kids Classes


All of Kate’s classes for kids are designed to exercise their bodies and minds in a positive, non-competitive environment. Kate and her daughter, Jaime, are certified instructors and they enjoy the classes as much as the students do!

Class format/duration:

Kids Zumba

Each 1-hour class includes techniques for breathing and centering, yoga games, kid-friendly balancing poses and Savasana (the practice of relaxing physically and mentally).


What you'll need for class:

Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Don’t forget a bottle of water!


Zumba is the hottest craze in fitness right now. It gives kids the opportunity to get their daily exercise while blowing off some steam! Kids have so much fun doing Zumba, they don’t even realize they’re getting a terrific cardio workout!

Class format/duration:

This 60-minute class combines upbeat music with simple dance moves to get kids’ heart’s pumping.


What you'll need for class:

Wear aerobic sneakers (without a lot of tread on the bottom) or dancing shoes, and bring water to rehydrate.
