PowerCore Pilates is a unique body conditioning class combining Pilates exercises, advanced mat work and stretching. The class is designed to sculpt, strengthen, and stabilize your core muscles, including abdominals, hips, thighs, buttocks and back.

What can I expect from class?

This class is a one-hour non-cardio workout involving a series of mat exercises. You will use your body for resistance as well as bands, weights and physioballs for greater variety. Kate regularly incorporates new exercises and techniques into the class to keep you motivated and challenged.
